SoS: February 29, 2016 - March 6, 2016

I find it gives a great shave. Slick lather, nice cushion and moisturizing. I like it a lot and should use it more often.

 

The MITA soap is a top fave of mine, this new Plissoft brush is the living end, and the Rubby Dubby Doo gave me some nasty-nice frigidity at the end of this awesome shave!

Decided to use a razor that has been patiently waiting on the shelf. This BB had been completely dismantled, cleaned, straightened, polished and repainted by Cap'n Murphy on B&B. It's better than new now. I'm using the Maggard soap because it's the only one I have right now. The scent is almost nonexistent, but it lathers great and it's nice and slick. The BB on 7 did a wonderful job and I've got another BBS to be happy about. I believe, at almost two years into my wetshaving adventure, that my technique had improved to the point where it's almost instinctive and the results are getting better and better. Woo hoo!

After you play around with the settings you'll find your sweet spot. The FB is a really good shave.

Was in a citrus mood this morning so TOBS grapefruit satisfied the craving followed up by the Razorock lime aftershave tonic that always leaves my skin feeling refreshed. 3 passes today for a near BBS. Could have chased it but irritation would have occurred. Would much rather have the alum be quiet and maybe have a rough patch than be completely BBS but look like a war zone. today's shave was very nice. the pearl is great. three passes with the C-MON, great shave. finish with vetiver and a spritz of colors.
