How's the Trader Joe's brush working for you? I'm using the same one right now. I got terrific lathers both yesterday and today after a tip to use more water than you think you need. That's helped a lot.

I can only compare it to my Parker badger which is extremely floppy because I only own two brushes. The trader joes brush is what I use every day. I like it. I plan on purchasing a boar brush next and with that I will be done for brushes. Lol but then again I said that about razors and now I own 14.. Ugh last month was a bad month for me as I went hog wild with purchases...

 

This is funny seeing your Wassail soap, I was just looking up recipies on how to make some. There is a local brewery that makes a batch once a year, excellent cinnamon apple taste.

My first shave with the Slant Stroke. I found out to be a very mild non aggressive shaver and it took major touch ups to achieve BBS. It will be part of my collection but will not be used much.

LASS Woody Lavender today. 20 seconds to load the Ever-Ready Silvertip. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Personna 74 still cruising along. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Tuscan Oud.
