  2. This breed lives for attention and affection, the opposite of my Jack Russel.
  3. Is the Russel a kind of breed that takes time getting used to its owners, or people in general?
  4. Yes, just his checkup and final puppy work up.

  5. They are known for being aggressive and territorial, and wary of sudden light and motion.

  6. wow- interesting. You guys did your homework on the breed, as any dog owner should.
  7. Jack Russell's are highly intelligent and high energy and require a fair amount of attention. My 11 yr Jack knows the intro music in every tv commercial that has an animal in it and will come running from anywhere in the house to watch the commercial when they come on. Once the commercial is over he leaves, as he doesnt watch regular tv programing.

  9. ah, good.
  10. Info like this on breeds is important. For instance, my dogs, German short-haired Pointers, are not good at all for inexperienced dog owners, apartment dwellers or those who are intimidated by fast, athletic or large dogs. It's important to get educated and select a dog breed that matches one's lifestyle.

Sometimes is helpful to stand in the clothes basket while destroying it.

  12. Phoebe is nine months now. I have no idea what she weighs in at, it's been a while since a trip to the vet. A few pounds north of 100 anyway. I just know she is a child trapped in an adult's body. She is the most lovable, clutziest thing you have ever seen.
