Wow!! What a beauty!! Hey I thought about you the other day while I was at an Anique shop. They had Durham blades for sale unfortunately they didn't have any Durham razors.

 

Wow, man, I'm sorry to hear that! I don't get it since it lathers up for me just fine. I know it's not old soap contaminating my brush -- it's got nothing but Cremo in it now. If you want me to take it off your hands, I will.

 

I'm going to use it for uber lather. My old original Cremo ran out so it's actually not a disappointment at all... Bonus is that I really like the minty scent and it cools nicely.

 

Indeed it does. Glad you have a use for it.

Mint vintage made in the U.S. of A. sockage. Fifty cents apiece.

 

Today's finds... Old Spice lantern and talcum powder tin. Two of my favorite brush handles. Two more Surrey mugs to go with my other two, and a new unused puck of Surrey soap. A gold GEM and old ball end(no name).....AND, a bag 'O parts. All the barrels are split and the centwr rod on the slim that push open the doors was cut in two! The Super Speed I can get back together once I straighten the barrel. It at least threads on. All items were between $4-8 each and the bag of tricks was $10.

 

It smells great! I'll be using it tomorrow...

Solsetio is really good, really good. Russian Tea has a very unique smell, strictly going off of the scent from the jar Russian Tea has a much better scent.

It's really nice, tobacco and cherry? It smells sweet. I liked so much I ordered the matching aftershave.

My Tipsoft 2 band badger brush arrived today from Bulgaria. I gave it a soak and a couple test lathers and the knot bloomed wonderfully. Its a big brush......bigger than I had figured from the sellers pics.

 

What a beauty!
