1. I wonder if the treaded piece is also made stainless steel
  2. It looked like stainless in the pictures.
  3. Ok guys. I am sorry for not writing often here. I am extremely busy at work. Rocnel started shipping the first SE razors this week for domestic orders.

Also, by 99% chance overseas shipping will be handled by TNT and costs $12 for the US and $10 for Europe.

Here are some pictures for you:

  4. Thank you for the update. Oh, my goodness...how beautiful! :love055:
  5. wow gorgeous, I wonder when they will get back to us that are in line and preordered? I'm carefully checking daily the inbox and the spam box. Do they ask for paypal address and after you give them the address they send you invoice?
  6. Well. Domestic customers just wire the money. I think they will receive international payments through PayPal.

  8. If the craftsmanship of this one ends up to be top notch I think I will shell out for the DE, I know was pricey but was less without the wooden box, how much did the DE razor cost without the wooden box and without the stand?, I will build my own shelf down the road for storing my razors, brushes and colognes.

  10. It's a $25 stainless steel razor.

Edit: I thought they were going to be knurled...so, how much extra will it cost for a knurled handle?

  11. i was going by this post. Sorry if I was mistaken.
I now see there are two razors. My apologies.

  12. I actually like the look of the non knurled one better, probably less grip but I use non knurled razors with coating on them and knock on wood I haven't yet dropped the razors. Maybe they can do special preorder for knurling the handles who ever does decides, but I have heard that they have over 4000 orders so who knows if they will be willing to do so

  13. I want to say it was about $220 without the box and stand. The stand was $40. I don't remember how much the box was. @Darkbulb ?

  16. First Turkish customers started receiving their orders and they are sharing them in the Turkish shaving forum.

Original plan was to have all handles knurled but when Rocnel posted some pictures on the Turkish forum some people asked to receive theirs blank so now they ask if you want it blank or knurled. There is no price difference.

  17. Blank looks so good with the head, reminds a lot on the Pils razor! I hope they ask us in the mail for option cause after so many knurled ones that can be bought I rather have the smooth handle :)

  18. What are they saying about the Rocnel, on the Turkish shave sites. How Have the shaves been? Have they had any concerns?
