I've been putting off counting my razors but curiosity got the better of me when I saw this thread. Grand tally: 35 injectors and one repeater. (Still haven't counted the SEs and wedges. 1 DE and 2 straights for what it's worth.)
Nah. Don't know why, just not a big fan of injectors. I have two Schicks ( an E and a late model long handle) and a PAL adjustable. They all do well enough, just, as I said, not a big fan.
That's a later Type E 2..It was brought out on 1941..I can be identified by the round circles on Top of the Spring..It was the only Model like that.. Billy..
Scottish..Scottish..I just down sized recently..I sold most of my Later Type E Models..I kept my Type E 2 that Opens & my Rare Early Canadian Black Handle Type E 5 which is the most Aggressive Injector I have.. Billy..
Like Karl I was curious as to how many injector type razors I owned. Unlike Karl I was too lazy to go count. Below is a partial list from memory: Type A Type B x 2 Type C x 2 Type D 1937 Cdn E type Type F Type G8 Type I1 Type J1 - 3 or 4 Type J2 x 2 Type K1 Type L1 - 3 or 4 - 1 is yellow handled Type L3 Type M3 Type N1 Pal Injectomatic x 3 And the Crown Jewel - Prototype Bunny razor
I have had to bring 98 % of those in from the USA to Scotland..The postage usually costs me a lot more than the Razors..I always Go for the Nice Ones as its not otherwise worth it for me..Folks in the USA are fortunate that way.. Billy..
So how does that early all-metal fold-out Schick perform? The one that opens up like scissors, I mean.
This one? The Schick type D One of the best Schick razors I own. Less aggressive than the other early injectors imo
