I was once again the only bidder on an old brush...which always makes me wonder a bit This, I think, neat piece of vintage Americana ended up being mine for $7 A restore project maybe?
Not shaving related. Well kind of.. As I've mentioned before I have a large foot, I wear a size 16 so finding shoes can be a problem at times. Well, I've been looking for a pair of slippers to wear in the house and they had to be durable enough to be worn outside in a pinch. Homiegear slip-on. 1 year money back guarantee! Wow! $15.99 free shipping. Because of my size I had one style to choose from, I'm used to that
Personally I would leave as is and let it be on display.. There is sooo much character in the patina and the look of it.. I wouldn't even clean it.. Buts that just me.. I think it look awesome as is.
Oh good you bought that large lot with the red dot in it.. Congrats!! What a score you got . Are you going to be flipping most of them or adding them to your collection ?
Well I sent the guy partial payments he's sending me the lot of razors - the Red Dot he got the check he says he's sending out the razors when I get them I'll send him the other two hundred and then I'll get the red dot. I'm going to flip some Pay It Forward some and I'm definitely going to keep the Red Dot and have it serviced. Then I'm going to ask a gazillion dollars for it on eBay
Since I ordered some Arko shave sticks. Started to wonder what am I going to put them in? I read some melt them and put them into a bowl or plastic storage container.. But for some reason I didn't like that idea.. I bought them because they were shave sticks.. But I also know they just come in a wrapper.. Sooo I decided to buy these... I paid more than I wanted ($19 shipped) BUT I thought in the end it would add character to my shelf ( still have to make a shelf) and I can keep the arko as shave sticks. Also , waiting on 2 arko shave sticks ( from turkey)
