Yesterday was a lazy day, so my son and I took out my son's race track and built it up. It just fits in the living room (with SWMBO's chair moved a little forwards). Then we discovered the cars didn't run anymore. Worn out contacts. So we spent the rest of the day making new contacts and fiddling some more to try and get them working. Some more fiddling is needed, but at least there is some movement now. Son and daughter are showing the size of the track: Today SWMBO asked friendly if the track could be made slightly smaller. So that's what we did this morning. This afternoon I cleaned out the freezer. 'Some' ice had built up. This is what came out (and then some): When it's dry I can restart the freezer again.
I have been signed off for another month, I have been off work since January 14th. I certainly don't want to be at work in my present health, but it's very boring at home ...
On the up side, you get more time to admire and polish your shaving gear! Hope your health improves soon and that you'll be working again!

Today is my birthday! I decided I was going to do whatever I wanted today, so after breakfast I my family and I got in the van and drove to the mountains! We went hiking, relaxed at the hot springs, ate beaver tails (Canada's version of elephant ears), had pizza for dinner and the best carrot cake for dessert!
