Today I got an order from the TSD Shop. 2 soaps, Lime with menthol and London Type. Both smell fantastic!!! Will definite be using them a lot in the next weeks. Did a test lather on the lime and it whipped up effortlessly

I really like mine as well. It didn't take long to get rid of the smell.

Absolutely open a claim the sellers have to be called out you'll probably get all your money back and then you'll be a real happy camper

I just bought this VDH badger brush at target for $3.69. The stockers put them in the wrong location. Unfortunately they would only honor the price for one and wouldn't sell me more at the price vs $19.99

I don't have a badger one but the VdH boar is decent if you like scritch and backbone, which I do.

I'll have to look for one.. I'm washing this badger and it's shedding quite a bit. I'm not sure about this brush....

    Blades!

Good ones, too. This is my last buy (famous last words)...this makes over 1300 blades, 36 (at least) varied types. Time to start seriously testing them.

Here are pics from different angles. To me it looks like a Gillette "old type." IMG_0650.jpg

I picked up one of these last week too. I read several threads regarding this brush. The consensus seems to be that it is boar. It is a pretty stiff brush. I haven't tried it yet but read that it softens quite a bit once you soak it for a while. One guy said he burned a one bristle and that it is definitely not synthetic.

    1x Proraso green Balm

    1x RR Tuscan Oud
    1x RR SMDF

From the jar they all smell nice. Decided to use AL Sapone for todays shave. Very unique scent.

The Canadian variants of either the SC or LC are known to be less aggressive. I really like the Canadian LC and the U.S. S.C..

Hauled a good one today. Samples of 3 Route 66 soaps, a CJB painstick and, an 8 blade sampler of artist club blades for the painstick. I also got some pipe smoking things but I'll talk about that in the pipe smokers thread.

Went to a mower repair/ junk shop to check on my mower today. Came home with a 1934 Gillette Goodwill #162 with a tech ball end handle for $2 bucks. (@ObiDon, @Red Rider, please correct me if I have identified that incorrectly.)

    Mower still isn't fixed.

Those mower places are all the same, they always took forever with mine but I came home empty handed. :)

This is about the 10th razor I have bought from him. He purchases storage lockers and sells the contents. He puts razors and leatherworking tools aside for me when he finds them.
