Menthol Monday
Excellent shave in every respect today. The HIS lather monster lived up to its name, whipping Krampert's Frostbite soap into thick yogurty goodness. Der Futur used it's Voskhod blade to efficiently and comfortably reduce my stubble to a drama free BBS. Krampert's Finest Frostbite aftershave wrapped this shave up right and extended the cool feeling for quite some time.

Being a Chinese item, I didn't expect much. Turns out that while the blades are not as sharp as the Fusion ProGlide's (naturally) and do tug just a bit, after three passes there's no arguing with the result - I'm as smooth and irritation-free as I've ever been after 1 pass with the excellent ProGlide. I might put some back in case the wife's supply of Fusion's runs out.

No need for balm, may not wear a/s today, haven't decided yet. Just dabbed on some L'Occitaine foot cream to moisturize the 'stache. Wax and comb comes after I finish my coffee.

Good morning guys. Fabulous shave this morning, the Black Beauty is a perfect razor and so easy to maneuver. IB Milionario is a perfect 10 in every sense for me...lovely scent, slick, and cushiony.... The Personna lab pairs nicely with this razor and helped provide a three pass dolphin smooth finish no touchups needed at a setting of 7. Have a great shave and a great day friends.

 

Damn, my eyes won't stop tearing and my nose won't stop running after this insane menthol bombardment. Thanks so much Glacial Lemon Chill soap, Diana Menthol balm and Arctique aftershave - you folks did the job for me! (and am I ever BBS!)

Nice shave this morning with the Schick G1. It mowed right through a 2-day beard growth. One pass with touch-up leads to a CCS. The cold water, Proraso Green, and TSD SubZero all combined for a chilly, invigorating start to the day.

Again a very nice shave, though not quite as good as the first one - a bit rougher ATG. Can a soap make that much difference?
