    Citrus Tuesday
I used WSP Citrus for the first time and if performed extremely well. The scent is a combination of lime, orange, and lemon that smells like an orchard - not chemically at all. The lather was very good and thick. I barely felt my Futur giving me a drama free BBS in three passes on five. For Flint's citrus notes are a nice compliment to the soap and leaves my skin moisturized and comfortable.

    Hey Friends,

after spending my whole time in bed since wednesday last week and feeling sicker as a dog, yesterday has been the first day, to get up a bit and feeling a bit better. Today it was much better so i decided to get my shave.I shaved my complete beard off, but man...beneath the beard i had really inflamed skin...couldn´t shave over the area more than one time. It was hurting badly...don´t know what that is...i have been to my Doc moments ago and he prescribed me a ointment with a bit cortisone for this. Maybe this will help.

So because of this, the shave was not the best that a man could have. The equipment was great but not my skin.

Have a great time and take care friends.

    Greetings

    Prep: Warm shower
    Blade: Personna lab blue (1)
Razor: Maggard MR1 with V2 open comb
    Brush: Satin Tip 'ThePurest' synthetic
    Lather: Proraso Red shaving soap
Post: Witch hazel splash enhanced with Old Spice knock-off, Nivea sensitive balm
    WTG, touch-up

    Cold Water.jpg

Nice, efficient CCS this morning with one pass plus touch-up on the neck and jaw areas. No issues with tugging or anything related. I had one little weeper below the point of my chin but the cold rinse and witch hazel took care of that. The Personna blade felt smooth. I didn't get any of the multiple weepers like I was getting last week with the Voshkod.

I really enjoy the smell of Proraso Red and I enjoy the nice, thick lather it produces. The immediate post-shave feel may be a hair more dry than other soaps, but all in all you can't go wrong with Proraso.

Hope you all have a great Thursday!

An awesome, refreshing and very comfortable shave thanks to my Junjie/Astra combo and the Don Marco soap followed by the Booster Iced Lime aftershave. My Plissoft brush made that soap lather so thick as well as rich - love it! :happy088: :happy088:
