I could only manage 1 pass today. It is better than not shaving, but not a lot.

The weather is gorgeous here today so took the opportunity for a daytime shave. I picked Steam Punk from the backlog of new software. A gorgeous, clean and fresh scent which actually gets better when lathered. Seems to have everything I want including the all important post shave feel.
My skin has never been in better condition than the last couple of months, I believe this is down to some very high quality soaps and creams.

I can tell how my shave has gone by the bit (or lack of) of the Osage Rub. No bite today, just a cool and refreshing feeling and I"m ready to go. The Mild comb is definitely the one for me. Tomorrow I'll change blades to a Personna, which is my go-to blade for injectors, and see how that works. So far the Bunny has done a fine job and I'm pleased with the shaves I'm getting.

 

One day at a time, and each day will be a little better then the one before.

 

One step today, two steps tomorrow.

 

Used a modified DE in my E2 injector this morning. Went with a voskhod. Lather was Mason Boutique "Lillian" and used my VDH boar brush. Lathered up gorgeously and smelled marvelous. A DE blade in the E2 was pretty great and smooth. Injectors tend to be loud already and a DE blade was even louder, so much audible feedback. Ended with a BBS. Have great shaves everyone! WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

Maggard Limes & Bergamot today. 20 seconds to load the Elite Silvertip. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette Silver Blue still in the Slim. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Burberry Brit.

Chiseled Face has turned into one of my favourite soaps. Great scent and great lather with excellent slickness. The Bunny today was smooth with the Dutch blade. A 4 pass shave that left me with a Dolphin smooth face. Finished with the Mennen and passed the missus gave test. She says I angel great and look great. Have a great day gentlemen.

Tried something different this Morning. Using an old cake of Williams and a stiff, short, coarse brush. I managed to whip up a thin, medium lather. My 1st pass ATG(brush was coarse and rough), but my razor glided pretty well and leaving a great deal of slick residue, which I used as my 2nd pass, WTG. Did pretty good as a clean up also. Washed up, re applied a small amount of lather along each cheek and with plenty of water here and there, I think I came out with something a little North of CCS. Satisfied but will try something different tomorrow.
