    Hi
Hi, Bill, this is the one I have and I think the other guys here to. It's got a generously lengthed handle and is efficient yet smooth and the finish is near perfection. Hope this helps: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015GSRYL8/?tag=thshde-20

    The pattern continues
It seems that I am unable to use the OCMM two days in a row without being irritated. I had no weepers at least. I used Shea Moisture Shave Creme it works well as a smear and go product. Overall it was an adequate shave. I did three WTG passes hoping to reduce irritation, which it did a little while also leaving quite a bit of stubble behind.
I finished with Van Yulay Shuyak Island for the cool and scent.

I have several tubs of the 'Smear & go' product from Shea Moisture (the "SMSABSSBC"— short for 'Shea Moisture Shave African Black Soap Shave Butter Créme'). Works especially well for slick SR shaving…and very good skin conditioning.

    Kent BK4 silvertip badger
    Tabac
Thayer's Lavender witch hazel, unrefined shea butter, and CC Bay Rum

Today was my first shave with Tabac in more than two years. I didn't need it, but I couldn't resist the deal on Amazon for a shave stick refill. It was one of my first soaps when I started wet shaving. Opinions vary on the scent, but I like it. I face lather using the shave stick. It's easy to build a nice creamy, slick
lather, and the performance is fantastic.

I enjoyed a relaxing two pass shave (WTG/ATG and XTG). I will swap the blade after tomorrow's shave, and I'll give the Kent brush a rest as well. I hope everyone has a great Saturday. How is your team doing in the NCAA tournament? Unfortunately, mine (Louisville) didn't make it this year. I'm pulling for my Bride's team (Kentucky), although I'm excited for Indiana and how well they've done this season.

Decent shave last night. This puck of SC was ROCK hard. I bloomed it and still could hardly get enough soap loaded up. Very odd. Still produced a slick lather and worked decently well. I've been busy at home detailing my parents cars. Not bad for 80k miles! Have a great day!

    Hello TSD.

Nice and sunny day today - we planted some fruit trees in our backyard, I took a nice and warm bath and had a relaxed late-afternoon-shave:

    - Route 66 "Sweeney Todd"
    - Semogue 620
    - Canadian Fat Handle Tech
    - Ladas
    - Nivea Cool Kick

Ladas and Tech seems to be almost as efficient as my favorite Feather/Tech-combo ... though I'm under the impression that my face feels slightly irritated after using Ladas blades. Apart from that: very nice 2-pass shave. And the more I use it, the more I am impressed by Kt's soaps :happy088: Have to save my samples of Ghost Town and Cavendish for last, because those two are my favorite scents ;)

    SHAVE OF THE DAY
    20160319_135915.jpg

    Prep: Musgo Real Oakmoss
    Razor: Gillette ball end tech
    Blade: Gillette Goal (3rd shave)
    Brush: omega s synthetic
    Soap: LEA shaving puck
    Aftershave: Fine Clean Vetiver
    Balm: Myrsol Emulsion

2 pass shave today. I have used this LEA soap a few times and never had a problem, but today the lather was disapearing. I tried adding more water, and whipping it up, but nothing seemed to help. Still, even with the lather issues, it turned out to be a decent shave. Finished with Emulsion and Clean Vetiver. Hope everyone has a great shave!

    Schick Type D razor
Thater 4125 2 band finest brush
    Myrsol Masaje Antesol (preshave)
Martin de Candre lavender shaving soap (brain bowl)
    Myrsol Agua Balsamica aftershave
Just had what may be my finest shaving experience. I used the Mrysol Masaje Antisol as a preshave lotion and man did help. Slightly menthol it felt good and as a mild astringent, I think it made the hairs stand up. The type D loaded with an NOS Dutch Schick mowed down hair like never before. The audible feedback seems loauder today. A highly efficient razor coupled with top notch products makes for perfection..

    Im ready for adventure.....

Hope everyone has a great weekend :happy088:

Here's my travel setup for the weekend.
56 Flair Tip with Voskhod blade
VDH deluxe soap lathered with a no name Badger brush and ending with Nivea Sensitive ASB. Shave this morning was excellent. Superb lather and a close shave.
Went ballooning this morning and some good friends of my wife and I flew with my father in law. Chase from the ground was easy and simple this time. They had a great first flight! [IMG]

    Soap: Route 66 Retro Spice
Decanter: Old Spice Scrimshaw Whale Tooth Decanter (Full and Bye) Product ID #3835 or #3838 There were six styles of Scrimshaw Decanters sold from 1974-1976. The bottles sported simulated scrimshaw depicting whaling or sailing imagery. Packaging was a clear plastic with the decanter on a silver plastic base. Each decanter held 6 ounces of Cologne. This item is full of Old Spice Cologne.
    A/S: Old Spice Deluxe Cologne.

I got such an outstanding lather with the Route 66 Retro Spice and this shave brush I had to hit it again. I'm very happy I did. :happy088: The Old Spice Decanter is one of my favorites, not to mention the Vintage Old Spice Cologne.
