I missed the first one, but hope to catch the next one. I've been curious about method shaving and think this would be a good introduction. I found out about it on Leisure Guy's blog. https://skypecasts.skype.com/skypecasts/skypecast/detailed.html?id_talk=4441633 "Detailed discussion of Method Shaving (single blade shaving using a safety razor), products and techniques by the founder of Method Shaving, Charles Roberts."
I missed the first one too. Somehow I got left off the email list for it. I already called Charles and scolded him appropriately Looking forward to catching the next one.
Agreed, something like this should not be a fly by night thing. That and I did not even know about it.
At this point, he's planning for the first Saturday of every month. Also, I believe the broadcast is audio only... at least for now.
I listened to the first one. Unfortunatly it had a lot of technical problems and there were a few people there(mostly kids) that tried to ruin it. But Charles kept on like nothing happened. I am strongly going to advice him that he starts a podcast instead. I'll try and ring him up at the beginning of next week. I have some more things to order from him.
Imagine that I should have gone over this with him and made sure it's all working right. He had his daughter working with him to get this setup. I guess you can't expect perfection on the first try. Hopefully the next one will run a little smoother.
Is this available as a podcast through itunes? I could download it and listen on the way to work. Tim
Was anyone able to get to this today? I used the link from the newsletter that went out and it kept coming up as page not found? Sucks if I missed it
yea, you missed it msandoval. He did announce that from now on it will be a podcast so you can download it. He also said there would probably be more than one a month. So all that is good news.
:angry019 Dangit! I tried for 20 min and could never get it to come up for me! Oh well, I'll swing by his place this week and get the recap.
Mike, I heard most of it. What day are you going by this week? I was going to go by Tuesday afternoon sometime.
Not sure yet. I have some stuff to do on Wednesday at one of our offices downtown. Might shoot for then. I'll let you know.
