Andrew I recently received the Palmolive classic but in shave cream type from @Skinny Rogers it's awesome stuff! I think it doesn't get more love cause it's very unassuming. So happy you enjoyed it, smells clean and fresh! :)

    Razor: Razor With No Name
    Brush: Omega Syn.
    Blade: Personna red(6)
    Cream: Proraso White tube
    Pe Shave oil: Homemade
    As: Gillette Gel
Newspaper: Medford Mail Tribune July 27,1945
    Snake Eyes

Went pretty smooth, started with ATG, all went as planned, no weepers and no blood. The 2nd pass WTG, some tugging(# 6 on blade). But still no weepers or blood. 3rd pass was watered down to do the clean up, which was a mismatch of strokes in every direction. All in all i fell short of Billy Fergie`s performance. I`ll probably chase him instead of baby. I came close to a BB, but not quite there, maybe tomorrow. I can be satisfied with what i got. It is what it is. Happy shaving to all.

Thank you, Andrew. However, it was a bit rushed as I just received the shaver, two days ago and I wanted to get a few quick photos. :)

    image.jpeg Razor: Feather AS-D2 2015
    Brush: e-shave finest Badger
Mug: Old Spice 1985 Cobalt Blue
Cream/soap: Seifenglatt Shave Soap Barber Shop
    Blade: Feather (1)
Post shave: Thayers Cucumber WH, Nivea Men Post Shave Balm, Old Spice Lime original Shulton cologne Frosted Glass 1960s

Locked in the Feather blade in the Feather and off we go. Whipped up some good thick lather with the Badger in my favorite Old Spice mug. A nice 2 pass shave, with some touch up on my neck. This razor is easy to get carried away with, so I have to be careful not to over buff an area, or I will pay. Finished with the WH, and then some Nivea for a change of pace. After cleanup some Old Spice Lime original Shulton cologne from the 1960s. Y'all have a good one!

I'm focusing on the aftershaves, as I am not yet a soap man, but.....things can change.

[IMG][IMG][IMG] I Pressed the Button on this Beautiful NOS Shave Ready 6/8th by Osborne, Garrett & Co Kropp Ltd 1899 - 1923...The Blade was made in Sheffield England & was Ground in Hamburg..I just Love these 6/8th Blades..I got this Razor on EBay from a British Seller that does the High Quality Windrose Stainless Handles that a lot of folks have been buying on TSR..They offer a Honing Service & what appears to be their own Windrose 6/8th Straight Razors at a very Competitive Price..They also sell Scales & Pins & stuff..o_O

It arrived today & I had my Maiden Shave with it straight out the Box..This Razor is in Mint Condition & was Indeed Shave Ready to a High Standard..The Kropp 6/8th Blade is Awesome Sharp, Very Smooth & Forgiving..I am Impressed with the standard of work these Guys have done here..Two Passes & a Quick Touch Up for a Darn Close Shave with BBS in Most Places..:p

I thought it was worth posting this up because if the quality of work on this Razor is anything to go by their own Windrose razors would be Ideal for Folks looking for a 1st Straight Razor & of course their Back Up Honing Service..I am Over the Moon with the Kropp..It Sings Like a Canary & as I have mentioned its so Darn Smooth..First Class Service from these Guys at Windrose..:D
