    Good morning friends. Three passes with the R41 today for a dolphin smooth result. I would like to mention here that CF Cryogen isn't just a face freezing soap but that it's an outstanding one providing creamy, slick, bountiful lather. The after shave feel is amazing, it leaves my skin already soft and moisturized. Highly recommended if you're a menthol lover or are looking to add an invigorating aspect to your shave. Stirling Mita balm finished this shave off with yet more icey goodness. Have a happy Easter everyone but a wonderful shave first. images.png

    Very :signs021: handle on that razor @ilts. I like Atra's and various other twin cartridges. They work really nice in my headblade! :)

    Easter Shave
    I had two days growth due to laziness, so I expected the Futur to be loud. The first pass was very loud and I got a weeper on my cheek. I checked the cap, and it was not on right! The last two passes were as butter, resulting in dolphin smooth skin. The cold water rinses energized me and felt great. Seville and For Flint compliment each other nicely. The citrus notes make me think of renewal and rebirth - appropriate for Easter.
    Prep: Body Shop Tea Tree Face wash
    Soap: B&M Seville
    Brush: Brothers Bristles Spartan Bronze
    Razor: Futur 5-5-5
    Blade: Voskhod (1)
    AS: Through The Fire Fine Craft For Flint

    I'm so BBS thanks to my Junjie razor. This Chinese-made DE cost me something like 3,50$ CAD and although it's not as mild as a Super Speed it's still not what I'd call an aggressive razor. My Astra blade earned its retirement after a week of great service. The MITA soap lathered like a champ as it always does with its lovely citrusy scent and awesome menthol effect that I love so much. The Lucky Tiger a/s cream felt so good afterwards and the Black Powder aftershave splash gave me a terrific additional menthol jolt - wow, does it ever smell beautiful, with very, very good staying power! :happy088: :happy088:

    Happy Easter, TSD :) Spring's coming - gorgeous day today:

    - BIC sensitive single blade razor
    - TÜff sensitiv Rasierwasser

    I bought the BIC razors some time ago when they were on sale (20 pack for 2,50€ I think). And because of their color I thought today would be a good day to try them for the first time. ;) And these cheap little plastic thingies are actually pretty decent shavers. Very smooth and quite efficient - I did two passes, WTG and ATG, and my face is almost BBS. You just have to get used to the (almost non-existant) weight.

    What I still don't like is the brush - I think horsehair is just not for me. 4th time I used it ... still dislike it ... so it definitely is a PIF candidate.

    Happy Easter!
    Early morning shave today with this large Tally Ho! from Frederick Fenney. Route 66 'Cavendish' is a superb soap that yields wonderful lather with a great scent. Finshed with Musgo Real N0.3 'Spiced Citrus.'
