Well, I solved the issue of not being able to lather due to my arms being all sorts of messed up. For the last 3 weeks I haven't made a decent lather because my arms have so many torn muscles that I just can't move them fast enough or in an ordered enough fashion to make a decent lather. (I was gripping the clutch and front brake as hard as I could when we hit.) My solution? I got my daughter to make me a very nice uber-lather today.

FRIDAY
Über-smooth shave early this morning using this large F.W. Engles 'LEADER.' Paired with the L'Occitane 'Cade' soap, the Leader provided a great shaving experience. I know some folks have a strong preference for square-tipped razors, but gimme a good round-tip blade for a fast, efficient shave!

Day 2 with the Derby and I can tell you they just aren't sharp enough for me. Though it didn't cause any irritation, I did have a noticeable amount of tugging. On a positive note I've been pretty happy with my lathering skills as of late and today was no exception. The Amici is a great soap and maybe one of the easiest that I have to build a fantastic lather with. Thick and fluffy with loads of slickness and protection. Have a great day everyone!
