    Blade: Gillette 7 O'Clock Yellow (SuperEdge)
    Razor: Old Type head on replated Hibco handle
    Brush: Satin Tip 'The Purest' synthetic
    Lather: Country Club Cahaba Blues
    Post: Witch hazel splash, Nivea sensitive balm
    WTG, touch-up

    Well, the 7 O'Clock yellow blade seems to be pretty darn sharp. That was my impression at least (first time with that blade). I had lots of auditory feedback from this razor, more than the Maggard V2 open comb I use a lot. Or at least it seems that way. It was pretty loud.

    I had a little nick right under my nose due to operator error and then a couple of tiny weepers on my chin. That's a little unusual. Then I have a little redness on my lower neck that is dissipating with the balm. I'll chalk it up to using a new razor with a new blade and go from there.

    The Satin Tip brush whipped up some incredible lather from the Cahaba Blues. It was nice, rich, thick, yogurty lather. Really good stuff.

    Pretty close shave with one pass plus touch-up. I'm interested to see what this razor and blade do tomorrow.

    Clint the handle is from a Bullgoose Black Beauty razor. The head is complete garbage as the finish is terrible and the alignment is off big time. I tossed the head in the garbage but the handle is remarkable, it's perfect! :)

    Barbasol for Tuesday's SOTD............

    Barbasol Yellow face lathered w/Ever Ready Silvertip
    Schick Krona w/Astra SP blade
    Witch hazel rinse followed by Nivea Cooling ASB finishing w/Barbasol Blue

    2-passes for an extremely comfortable DFS!

    The Barbasol cream lathered very nicely w/this brush and the Krona, as always, gave an extremely smooth shave..........

    Decided to take my birth year and quarter Super adjustable out for a spin today and it did not disappoint! At setting 5 there was noticeably less whiskers left after the first pass then I am use to! One more pass and some clean up left me with a DFS. I don't see many people using the Sharp Durablade and in truth it kinda surprised me, not quite as sharp as an Astra SP or a GSB but to me it kicks up the smoothness and comfort levels up a notch. What can be said about Tabac other then it always performs amazingly! Have a great shave and a great day everyone!
