All kidding aside, is this your first kamisori or just your first left-handed kamisori? I can't remember seeing one in your ever changing inventory but I don't have time to read everyone's posts much anymore so I'm missing a lot.

 

I've used regular kamisoris before- not my own- so I am somewhat familiar with how they feel. This would be my first lefty, however.

 

I came into work today to a wonderful surprise, @Linuxguile sent me an envelope of goodies. I'm very excited to try them out.

 

Not only that but she did an awesome job!

Just got these in the mail yesterday:




samples of Mystic Water Egyptian Dragon, Marrakesh, and Lemongrass Blue Gum and Menthol.


Also picked up a puck of vintage Watkins soap. It is hard to find any information on this soap, so I would appreciate if anyone could shed some light on this Watkins soap. It looks like a coin which is cool.

 

I just received my Bunny brush #57 from @Jayaruh It is even better looking in real life. I will be taking it out for a test run tonight. Many thanks Jim. It is truly a work of art.

I've seen those on eBay and I've been tempted to buy one. They look awesome!

 

I got these two pieces of wood from @Gabe yesterday: walnut and Wenge. I did some investigation and found a brush handle in the Wenge blank. I sent it back to him.

 

My Refurbished Shave Ready ERN Crown and Sword 7/8th straight Razor arrived..The new scales are made from hand brushed and stabilized Wenge wood & Brass Fixtures..The Sellar has Done a real Good Job on this One..Perfectly Balanced & Lovely Keen Edge..

My New Unused..Thiers Issard 6/8th Invisible Edge also Arrived Today..I got this for an Absolute Steal as a Buy it Now..The Seller said it was Shave Ready & at 1st I thought it wasn't cause the edge felt very different to a Vintage SR..I gave it a Test Shave on one cheek & it shaves great but its got a So Called Invisible Edge & sure feels Different..Anyway...Its Minted After All..
