If all goes well, I'll be receiving my first ever Glacial Eskimo Tuxedo soaps. Then I'll know more or less how Sharp Dressed Man smells. From what I understand this is Sharp Dressed Man's exact scent but with a boatload of menthol!

I just wish the SDM had a stronger scent that lasted. Stirling Barbershop I can smell the next morning if I shave before bedtime. SDM is fantastic and I'd love to be able to smell it more!

Here's my review of the Glacial Eskimo Tuxedo soap which I recently bought!

I had been told so many times about the world-renowned Sharp Dressed Man soap, and the Green Irish Tweed fragrance. I must say that if this is what Sharp Dressed Man and GIT smell like they are both beautiful. The Eskimo Tuxedo soap, well, here - let me start this way!

Ease of lathering: 10/10--A lather explosion within 25 seconds or less!

Longevity of lather: 10/10--Perfect. This lather is so rich, slick, and long-lasting!

General skincare: 10/10--Brilliant. Like all these Glacial soaps this one can freeze a man to Kingdom Come!

Scent: 9/10--Beautiful. Very sporty, yet elegant. The wife ain't too nuts about it, but I LOVE it!

Price: 10/10--13,25$ USD is not a budget-killer at all. Very reasonable, yes?

Would I buy again: 10/10--Do birds fly? Do fish swim? You're DAMNED I would! :)

A special thanks to my dear friend Rod for creating such precious treasures such as this one. I also will echo my other dear friend Ray's comment that if you love Sharp Dressed Man as well as ULTRA-POWERFUL menthol this soap is your ticket. A strong tolerance to menthol is required because this is not a cooling effect - this is a menthol atom bomb! ;) :)

I shave with Gatlinburg the other day and finished off with the matching after shave splash and I have to say it was second only to the shaves I get with Santa Maria Novella V3. I have MDC, Nuavia Blu & Rossa, iColoniali, Caties, Mystic Water, etc, etc and the Stirling stood right up there. Gatlinburg is quite a stout scent but man what a great product.

Yeah, I've got more Kongs on the way. I just held off on an order as another company introduced the same brush with a different handle color, so I had to save up the money to place an larger order so we could put them on the site at a lower and more competitive price. We've also got a lower lofted 26 mm brush with a smaller handle, and a new 24 mm synth as well. Oh, almost forgot, we have a 26mm 2-band finest with an ivory colored resin handle on the way too. I've been using it for about 4 months now, and it's made me rethink the obsession I had with synths the past year. Still love my Kong, but I'm back to loving variety.

I must not use the usual amount of soap when shaving. I think I'll get around 20 shaves from the mini I'm working on. May be another case where YMMV.

actually I have the disadvantage of no brush, so I'll have to do it like I do with the Clubman hair gel..manually.

Mr. Vice-President, you mention body-soaps. Can they be used just like bodywashes(that you squeeze from a tube, like my Dial 4 Men? I have the "sponge" ready.
