Great to see people are liking the Fine Shave Soap. Have to say I'm a little peeved with how long it is going to take before I get mine in. I ordered on the 3rd, shipped immediately but expected delivery date is not until the 13th? Heck the LE Cosmo I am using in tomorrow's shave I ordered on 4/1 and it got here yesterday from Italy. I was planning on taking the Fine with me on a business trip I might have to take all of next week which is still up in the air but now I may have to wait the 18th or later if I to leave town. Now that I have vented, I hope the hype will be worth the wait!

Did you order the slant with the soap? I ordered my soap separately from the razor because of the ** delay in shipping if you ordered both at the same time. 10 days is way too long.
Nope the soap and After Shave as they were both in stock and they shipped immediately but for whatever reason he sent it UPS. Why I don't know as the package was one pound. Heck even pony express was faster than this. Needless to say I wont be ordering from his website anymore, stick with Maggard's or others if I want anymore Fine products.
y'know, I have a friend from college days-2 years younger than me...he vents as much today as he did back in college. He does take many times to show his son how mucbh he loves him, but....the kid might learn to wonder about his venting old man.
Thursday Shower/Shave Shower- Noxzema facial cleaner, Dr. Bronner's All-One Hemp Peppermint bar soap Pso- Homemade mint PSO Brush- RazoRock Plissoft Razor-Gillette Slim on 9 Blade- Gillette Silver Blue (3) Soap- Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements Gondolier Thayers Witch Hazel ASB- Nivea Sensitive scented with grapefruit essential oil Another great shave tonight. I tried putting the grapefruit essential oil in the Nivea tonight, 2 drops and it worked great. The scent blended well with the Nivea and it's lasted a little longer than when in the Thayers. I really like the Slim on 9 especially when paired with the GSB. The Plissoft brush lathered up a beautiful cloud of Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements Gondolier soap, I'm really liking this soap. 3 passes for a BBS shave. I hope you have a great day! I wonder about that too with UPS....large truck, and they just flip the package into my mail-box. Outside of my Rise order, everything has been on the small-side.
