Friday's Shave Razor-Star DE Blade-Astra SP Brush-Semogue Soap-Stirling Sharp Dressed Man Still AWOL from tax season in Las Vegas. The Star is a really smooth DE and have me a nice DFS. The black plastic case is just a bit bigger than a deck of cards (how appropriate) and is great for travel.

Evening Shave for FRIDAY My first shave on this newly-restored razor from the old Sheffield shop of Marshes & Shepherd (1824-1848), manufacturers of assorted cutlery items as all as 'fine razors.' This old wedge blade with a slight smile took a very keen, sticky-to-the-touch edge. Finished on a natural stone. Three very smooth, comfortable passes with some slick MWF lather. Overall, an exceptionally smooth shave. Have a great Friday, all!

Hart Steel Myrsol Emulsion - pre shave T&H 1805 - went for a thinner lather to see if it would increase the slickness. Great shave. My only "issue" so far is that this cream leaves behind a chalky white residue which adds a little extra clean-up time to the routine. Have a great Friday gents.
