    Razor: Gillette Fat Boy
    Blade: Gillette 70’s “Spoiler” Super Stainless (8)
    Brush: Elite Razor Silvertip-24mmx50mm
    Aftershave: Country Club Frozen Vetiver

    WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

    MdC today. 20 seconds to load the Elite Silvertip. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette 70’s “Spoiler” still in the Fat Boy. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with CC Frozen Vetiver.

    Post: Thayers Rose Petal WH. Gold Bond Ultimate
    Aftershave: Shaving Shop Online Colonia
    Colonia. Wow!! Lavender, rosemary, bergamot, Bulgarian rose, jasmine, amber and light musk. Easy to lather, slick and protective. Just awesome. The Milord is a fine razor, very smooth and efficient.

    I'm figuring out the Haslinger; the Med Prep was vastly better than the oddball Polsilver.
    My face is happier; the irritation is subsiding.
    I might just learn to like this combination.

    Blade: GSB (3)
    Soap: Italian Barber
    Brush: VDH Badger
    Pre Shave Oil: Homemade
    AS: Dove. Men + Care

    A 2 pass shave, 1st pass ATG, nice and smooth, just like it supposed to be. On the 2nd pass WTG/XTG, smooth sailing all the way, no problems except my usual areas (no biggie). A little extra lather on my neck for a fine clean up. A good DFS suits me just fine. I`ve started a vitamin E-skin care therapy to repair some rough spots that i`ve nicked a lot (around the mouth area), so i won`t be chasing baby for awhile. I wish BBSes for all. Best wishes.

    Saturday! First shave with a new Progress razor. Used a Gillette/ Wilkinson blade. Used setting 3 for a very smooth close shave. Overall great combo. Enjoy your shave and your weekend everyone!

    Bill, Dollar General has vitamin e oil with coconut and soybean oil. I use it as a pre shave and it's the best hands down i've ever used. 2 bucks for 4 ounces.

    Thank you so much Roby, i will definetly look into it. When i applied the first treatment, i immediately thought that this might make a good pre shave oil. I paid twice that amount for half the size at walmart. Nature Valley. I applied the E-oil right after dinner to let it sink in before bedtime and my face was really "slick" all evening. Had to wipe it off before going to bed. I will try it in the morning, i`m really not all that pleased with my homemade oil anyway. Again, thanks a million.
