That is the container that came with the soap. At the time, Rod was trying new jars to go with. He went with the current green ones. This clear one is very well made, but was too expensive to use without having a large jump in the cost of the soap.

Frankly, I was shocked(still am)to learn that Michael Vick would be allowed to play football again, after his dogfighting ring business.

 

Doesn't surprise me at all, our athletes are apparently above the law...i mean look at O.J.!

 

Okay thanks. They look like the Maggard premium ones...very nice...too bad they are expensive.

I don't count that as a nullification- it burns you, no one would expect you to keep using it. Many drug stores have VDH now.

I don't think dumping a shave soap that irritates your skin and replacing that soap with another would not affect your NB16.

The Speick Shave Cream face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #56 synthetic brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette Goodwill LC razor with a Personna Super blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with Thayers Rose Petal WH and then Speick After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

2 pass shave. Went with the Perma sharp Blade today, since I know it is a good blade, I was hoping for a good shave and I got it. The WK soap makes a wonderful lather and I love the scent of this one, one of my favorite fougeres. Crazy slickness from the MLS butter and the soap, ended up being a BBS shave accept for 1 nick where I reopened a cut from yesterday. Hope everyone had a great shave!

 

On the road, after a long winter. The frost is out of the ground, the sun is shining (occasionally), and I can go back to work for real now.
