Anything Aveeno I support. That was the last aerosol can I used before my conversion to brushing it up. Best of the cans, and I am an afficianado of "cans"!
Proraso in a can is pretty good and widely available in Europe. I've never seen it in the US, though.
Sure you have, Bob. They had it at Buckland Hills Target before they stopped carrying the line. Not that I bought any, mind you.
Lol.... I'm not going back to cans, but occasionally i'm in a situation that requires it, so it's good to know what is "tolerable"
I dunno if this is any good, cause I haven't really had a reason to try it, but the after-shave balm is nice as was discussed in another thread:
Clearasil for Men As a recent wet DE convert my previous favorite canned shave gel was Clearasil for men. Manufactured for Boots Healthcare USA. 1-866-25-clear Its difficult to locate and a bit pricey. I am able to purchase at the Longs Drugs store. The product lathers well and leaves your face feeling cleaned and refreshed. Since I am fully converting to soaps and creams I mix Clearasil with a Van der Hagen shaving soap. Works very well together.
I was told that Barbasol foam was the best. I tried it a grand total of 6 times, and it really gave me bad irritations.
if anyone ever happens to be in france and wants to check out what i previously thought was the finest canned shave cream, pick up a can of cible homme. it's packed with soothing aloe and a mild hit of menthol. very, very slick consistency. other than that, my prior cream was vichy...
