Scored a vintage bakelite beehive brush from ebay UK. It will be getting a reknot with a 2 band finest fan.
Received two packages in the mail today.. One of them was from the UK! Here is what I got today. Very pic heavy. E4 red tip: looks good some color wear at the base of tto knob. Will clean it and see 1920 single ring standard set which looks good and came with a couple of vintage blades. The box has been repaired.. I wish the seller disclosed that. Now this set has me thrown for a loop.. It isn't what I thought it was. I knew the condition of the case which isn't a big deal to me. The plus is that it came with 7 vintage blades and the razor looks awesome, but it's a different type of 3 piece . Maybe it's a frankenrazor?
Went to the Mower repair/ junk shop to check on my mower. Still not fixed. Got this case, full of leatherworking tools for $30. Going to make a bunch of leather dividers to hold my razors, blades, and brushes.
Yup. So far I have gotten three straights, a Goodwill, a Slim, a Bakelite DE, a full thing of Avon aftershave, and some other shave goodies from him. Someday I hope to also have my mower fixed.
