Dodge Ball

 

I used to love dodge-ball in elementary school!

 

I sort of get the dodge-ball feeling with an exercise machine at my gym-you fire a rubber ball(I choose 6 lbs) off of a trampoline-like thingy and catch it as it bounces back. Good for full arm strength, and, I'd say, for those who want to be hockey or soccer goalies.
