    Thanks, Robert. The side shown is the shaving ('omote') side, held against the face. You can see where the maker had some initial hone wear when the razor was originally sharpened. This can eventually make the edge a bear to keep even when honing so I taped it (to minimize future wear) when I took it to the hones.

    I agree with the weishi. It's a great razor. I don't use mine as much because I have many others to use and to master. I can get a very comfortable and smooth shave from it with a personna lab blue.

    This shave was great!!
    This soap has a very interesting scent. It performed well, it has slickness and the scent lasted well after the shave.

    The razor is really a surprise for me. It looks mean but it really isn't. There were times that I thought i was getting a rough shave but it's the teeth that I was feeling.

    Im happy about getting this razor in a trade today with a vendor. I'm also happy about trying this sample.

    I'm really happy the razor worked well for you. It's a very beautiful razor. The first time i used an OC i also thought it felt a bit odd and it also was the teeth. :)

    A very close shave this morning I was darn near BBS in two passes,but I went for the third pass anyway resulting in a dolphin smooth finish which = ONE HAPPY ILTS!!!:happy108:

    - Ted Pella/Personna blade
    - Speick men Aftershave Lotion

    Another Injector shave in preparation for the upcoming Bunny razor test. Nice, quick and trouble-free two passes, both XTG, one E-W, the other one W-E. I don't achieve BBSness this way, but still a DFS. Finished with a cold water rinse and some Speick Aftershave.

    Good morning friends. Wonderful shave this morning, the Polsilver blade performed beautifully...very smooth. This TFS SS is out of this world in terms of protection, very creamy, slick, beautifully scented lather and i need to use it more often. :love055: The Semogue 620 is a beast of a brush, it can lather anything in voluminous proportions. Dolphin smooth today, nothing left but a big smile. Have a great shave and a great day folks. :happy005:

    The weather here in Montreal may be chilly but it can't stop me from enjoying my chilly stuff. The MITA soap delivered on the menthol iciness with its wonderful scent, plenty of rich, slick lather and great soothing. The Snake Bite aftershave froze me out altogether. What a nice shave this was! :happy088: :happy088:
