Jeremy, I like them very much. They are very sharp blades and can seem rough on the 1st shave so a very light touch is warranted.
I lost the auction for a Schick Repeater this morning. And I lost by $1......mehhhh.... but on the bright side, I cleaned up the 4 new razors, so I have some new toys to play with. Plus i'm waiting on some TSD samples, which should be here any day now.....
I find this to be the case with most blades, at least IMO the 2nd and 3rd shave seem to be the best for some reason.
Waiting for a 1947 president case in mint condition an aristocrat I bought in a beautiful case with the wrong razor... I was buying it for the case anyway Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
I bought these previously and couldn't pass up 200 injector blades for twenty five bucks. I just tried them over the last two weeks and bought his remaining blades today. Man these blades like my face and they fit my Schick perfectly. I was afraid the first set was the longer blades like the feathers, but nope.
I know I need to give it a try. What number do you sugest using for the first shave? I really like the FB so far and I set it to 5, today's shave I started at 6 and it was a bit harsh, so I switched back to 5. The white rag was pitch black by the time I was done cleaning all 4 razors .
I shave on 9 with all my adjustables. If the FB works well for you on 5 then 5 it is. Keep us posted brother and have fun.
Peter sent me pictures of my new brush over a week ago! I love it! Can't wait, but our wonderful USPS has sent it on a world tour
The only shaved related items still out for shipping is my Purple Rain soap and aftershave from the TSD Shop.
I finally got my last razor on my want list. It was a long time coming. It has some plating loss on the cap, and the corner teeth are bent a bit, but other than that, it looks in great shape.
My slim H3 arrives today, I have a backup bottle of RR XXX and RR Amici coming. The RR XXX is my favorite aftershave. I bought my oldest son and I a 5950 Golden State Warriors old logo cap, $10 each.
