That's a nice one Seller seems to be pretty clueless though judging by the way he mounted the baseplate
I am waiting on this straight coming from Sweden. It is a Japanese Tanifuji Cape NT-77. I hope will like it!
Thanks to Ryan @PLANofMAN and Alan @Morman Bridge I will soon add this amazing Cooper MonoBilt to my collection!
Gotta love a happy ending. Those really are phenomenal shavers. Here's another picture of that particular razor. I normally don't care for chome plating on razors, but the MonoBilt is a rare exception. Please tag me in in your SOTD with it, I look forward to your review.
Solid brass, copper plated, then nickel plated, then chrome plated. The plating is remarkably durable. Not bad for being 90 years old. Those little scratches could probably be polished out, but they are not as noticeable as the camera makes them look. None of them penetrate the plating. These weigh in around 73 grams. About the same as an old Aristocrat or Rocket HD.
Thanks brother, I'm running low on one of my colognes and decided it was a good time to replace it with a summer scent.
That was nice of Martin. The Palmolive stick is a great soap and has worked out better than the cream for me so far. Hope these products work well for you !
Thank you brother, the cream has worked great and if the stick is even better now i'm really excited!
Just placed a order for some samples of Van Yulay shaving soap. They come in several different formulas, and I ordered like 5 or 7 samples. Looking forward to checking them out.
I shaved with the "Jared" just this morning, outstanding! Look forward to your thoughts on them. Enjoy!
I grated mine in a bowl, but I added too much water and it turned into a croap. Still a great soap, but found it easier to get a nice lather from a puck.
