    Good morning friends. Fabulous 3 pass dolphin smooth shave today with the Slim set to 9. Easy slick, rich lather from La Toja shave stick, what a lovely soap it is. This Fine brush is a 20mm and is so wonderful for face lathering it's ultra soft but offers plenty of backbone and can handle any soap. Stirling Glacial Lemon Chill balm provides such a soothing finish, just wonderful. Have a great shave and a great day guys. :)

    Friday the 13th! I was expecting bloodshed, but I had another amazing shave. Day 8 with this blade and I am detecting a slight change...still very smooth, but not as sharp. Actually i like the blade at this stage. I am not an aggressive shaver, so a smoother blade suits me fine. A little change up this morning as well on my cream. Simpsons shave cream is a nice mild cream, completely scent free. Some days I don't like a scented cream....and today was one of those days. Great shave overall. Another 10/10. How is it possible!!!

    Pre: Noxema Classic
    Razor: Schick Type G
    Brush: Victoria Badger
    Cream: Simpsons Shave Cream
    Post: Witch Hazel / shea butter

    I have several bottles of Thayers Witch Hazel (I think I have all the flavours), but I recently switched to Dickensons (buy it at WalMart for half the price of Thayers) and I really prefer this brand. Sometimes I am not in the mood for scented Witch Hazel.

    Razor: Schick G1 Injector
    Brush: Artisan maple handle badger
    Lather: Mitchell's Wool Fat
    Post: Witch hazel splash enhanced with Fred's Old Spice knock-off, Nivea sensitive balm
    WTG, XTG

    Wool Fat Friday! Nice shave this morning. I went with two full passes instead of the usual one with touch-up. My XTG pass was from nose to ear. I really prefer that direction for the XTG pass. Mitchell's lathered up nicely and provided a great lather backdrop. This was shave 10 on the Chick blade. It still feels smooth but is losing a little of its sharpness. The G1 injector continues to provide great shaves.

    I got walloped in a wonderful way with such a freeze from the Glacial Spearmint soap's awesome lather which filled the bathroom with its great scent. The matching balm provided a huge extension to the freeze with its soothing, moisturizing effect, and the Arctique aftershave froze me even ten times more. What a super-duer BBS shave! :happy088: :happy088:

    TGIF SOTD was a repeat of yesterday's excellent shave...........

    RazoRock Napoleon's Violet face lathered w/Omega Pro
    '67 Slim (4) paired w/Astra SP blade
    Osam Alum followed by Nivea Cooloing ASB finishing w/a splash of Floid Vigoroso
    2-passes w/touch-up for a fantastic shave!! Have a great weekend!!

    Final Tabac Week Shave
    We are moving in the morning and I'll not be shaving, so this concludes Tabac Week for me. It was a week of excellence in every way, and my brush technique has improved. Having said that, I am looking forward to some variety. I think Night Music will be up next.
