Good deal about the brush! I trust @RaZorBurn123 when it comes to evaluating a brush. Sadly, brushes are what I know least about. I've had a VDH Boar (RIP), and an AoS Badger (PIF). My brush inventory currently is an Omega 48 and a Plisson.

 

WILDCARD SHAVE!!!!!!!!

Well, sir, you hit the Wildcard shave, meaning you need to choose one more number. Choose a number between 1 and 6. That will determine the actual blade/razor. The soap and brush will be the ones chosen already, which I will reveal tomorrow. Just need that one last pick between 1 and 6 if you would.

Reminded me of when the fishing fleet tossed the groupers from the boat up onto the dock.

 

I love how he looks over goes "Yeah....I am going to jail" so he just starts chugging his beer while running....that is dedication... and that swan dive gets a 10/10 from me.

 

Yeah it is a classic. I would like to think I'd be smart and sober enough at that point to realize that running probably equals and extra charge or two. But, given my past, I'd probably end up flopping like a herring as well.

I have several of Adams strops, both hanging and paddle strop. Start with a paddle strop then go with one of his hanging strops. I agree with Chris and fully endorse Adam as an all around cool guy and purveyor of awesome strops.

Plus he is our best recruiter for the Dark Side.

The shave was a great way to start the day. My first use of the Zenith Pro B02 Boar was everything I had hoped it would be. After soaking the brush, I loaded the MW Lime soap from the puck and began face lathering. The Zenith feels very soft already and it whipped up nice slick lather with little effort. I intend to put the new brush to some use of the next several days. Going with my usual 2 pass shave, XTG & ATG, followed by minimal touch ups ended in a near BBS. This is about as good as I ever get on work days. Finished up the shave with a splash of F&C Capri. I hope everyone has a great day.
