Check the razor. Sounds like you might have just "knocked" the old out and the new in. Found it requires a little torquing of the hand to align it right and easy breezy after that.
So in keeping with Tom's request, I decided to show the Bunny around the island, give some Maritime hospitality! And take a photo of course. What is a trip to Prince Edward Island without seeing the beach? Not one of our nicest sandy beaches but a five minute walk to my home and you get to see the red cliffs were known for. And I showed him Province House, the birthplace of Canada. I'll take him home now, he has to be up early tomorrow with Tabac and Geo F Trumper!
I am going to try most likely. They will be small quantities to start if I do. Pretty labor intensive to make and assemble. Tom
I tried the mild plate this morning. I felt much more comfortable with the Bunny second time around. The shave was much smoother.
So I was thinking, since I can really only shave every second day, if everyone is okay with it, I'll keep the Bunny until next Saturday. That gives me six shaves and I will have tried each plate twice. Then it's off to @Douglas Carey. Sometimes on the days I don't shave, such as today, I can really tell how the previous shave went by how my face looks. This morning I has no redness or bumps on my neck and my skin has a smoothness to it that tells me the shave was very good. @twhite you might be on to something. As an aside, the Schick injector mechanism was empty, so I replaced it. I'll likely use one blade, leaving six to go with the Bunny. Small price to pay for such an opportunity to try it. Jeremy
@Spud : i did leave a couple more blades in a plastic bag under the foam. Those are blades from the 70's but are brand new and shaves really smooth Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
