    Not especially long lasting, but they come in many scents. So they tend to match well. If you find an outlet for them, they are very reasonably priced.

    The Taylor of Old Bond Street Lavender Shaving Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #18 silvertip badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Eversharp-Schick G1 razor with a Schick Injector blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with Thayers Rose Petal WH and then Pinaud Clubman. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Took the mongoose out for a test drive today and all I can say is wow. Two pass with a touch up and got a better than DFS. Coupled with the paladin made for a hell of a shave.
