Reminds me of the Simpsons episode when Homer suddenly becomes smart because the crayon which has been lodged in his nose pressing on his brain is suddenly dislodged. His life now in disarray, he seeks the services of Moe the Bartender, who does a little brain surgery on the side. Moe slides the crayon in and out, attempting to find the correct position in Homer's brain to recreate his previous level of stupidity. After a couple tries Homer (on the gurney) says "Extended warranty?!? HOW CAN I LOSE!!!" Moe says "There it is..."
