Nice trade...exhibit A, B, and C...lol

 

I'd like to try a blade of each in my daily razors and see how they work in them. I'll take a while, but I'll try to keep a record of how they shave.

 

The aftershave is pretty nice stuff

 

Agreed! I'm very surprised how good it is and it's still going strong an hour later.

Sent two razors out for honing, and four more followed them home. My army of American Straight razors is growing. Exhibits G, H, I, J, K, and L. WR Case and Sons and Shumate Tungsteel were the ones I sent out for honing. Cattaraugus Green Lizard and Cobolt, Challenge Cutlery Co Celebrated Rifle Razor, and Western States are honed, and at some point I will clean them up.

 

My first Merkur Futur.
Never having handled one of these before I was rather surprised at how heavy and solid it felt. I'm thinking this will be pretty fun to shave with.



This one is a NIB/NOS razor from 1984-1989 and have W. Germany stamped on the inside of the head.

That I don't know.
I've read both sides of the argument - some saying they are the same...some saying the pre-1990s are of higher build quality.
At least no one is saying it's worse

I received 3 shaving soaps / creams...Figaro Almond, PREP and the "Holy Grail"...Noxzema Shaving Cream made in Italy. Together with a Pack of Voshkod Blades.


SEALED!!! I can´t believe, that i´m such a luck guy, to have the chance to use this cream, which should be THAT good. Proud is the right word. I don´t know, if i have the courage to open the tube to shave with it on sunday. But sunday it will not be warm here in Germany...maybe i will try it on a very hot day...but i´m really happy to got this cream. Heared many many good things about it.
