Plenty of room for shaving stuff. You'll fill it up pretty quick.

 

Long story short, my girlfriends grandfather passed away 3 years ago, and last year her grandmother as well. House has just been sold and today we were out to clean it.

I inherited this from the bathroom. Gillette Contour Plus and some hard-case for a Mach3 system. Razor cleaned up really well.

Can someone tell me what to expect from such a twin-blade system?

It's in really good condition and I have 2 unused heads in the "bank". Heavy and sturdy metal handle.

I dislike Mach3 but really like the two-blade Atra carts. Perfect for when need a no fuss shave and can't afford to have a cut/nick
You can find the carts in Amazon but you can also find some good deals on eBay. Expect about a dollar a cart - at, say, four shaves a cart thats 25c a shave.

I think the Atra was the last of the good carts. I remember getting good shaves with it.

From what I can research, I have a T3, which makes it a 1998. Not as vintage as it looks, but who am I to judge, I have zero knowledge from that era

It seems I can fit any Vector, Atra or Contour cart. Am I right in that assumption? I've found some pretty good deals on eBay so far.

I don't know how old those carts in the bank are, but they look fine (and unused of course!), so I guess soon I should try one and see what I'm missing out on.

 

Yes, try out one of those carts. If it is smooth and efficient, you have a couple of winners.

Mail came today.

The lady Gillette looks new and so does the 1st slim. The super speed is a good looker and the other slim is user grade. The red case has scuff marks and scratches. Overall I'm very happy with this haul.

In my mailbox today, Ebay $27.00 shipped. Two Flair Tips (B1, Z3), one Blue Flair Tip (E1) and one Super Speed (Y3). Didn't know Blue Tips came with an aluminum handle as it is lighter than my other Flair Tips.

Find this at a local shop, is it a scuttle of some sort? It's fairly small. It has a puck of Williams soap in the top. The top has 3 holes. I'm thinking I would like to add this to my "haul", but what is it?
