It's included in a post I did here some time ago (Windrose).
He, Andrew, is in the UK and machine them himself and sell them on both etsy and eBay (the prices are pretty similar so pick the platform you prefer).
I had a GBP 15 coupon from ebay that brought down the price a bit.

 

It is very nice looking, hope it makes a nice razor for you.

I saw that one. I think they advertised it as a "Gillette razor head"
That's the Bigelow & Parkin travel razor from the 20's. @PLANofMAN might be able to provide any more info and help on using them.

 

I've read the threads, was just presenting a little teaser! Got it for an awesome price. And if I'm not mistaken the case is for an old type single ring.
