What we're your thoughts on the P&M Obsidian? Love their performance and have been eyeing the new scents.

Soap: Mystic Water- Sweet Briar
Post: Pinaud Citrus Musk (iced)


3 pass shave today, this is the pic that I couldn't get to unload when I posted earlier so I decided to repost it. The Sweet Briar is a awesome Tobacco scent, the closest soaps like it scent wise are HEV Cognac & Cuban Cigars, and a little bit like I Colinaili. The scent is not the same, but these are the closest scents I can use to describe it, if you like those 2 you may like Sweet Briar as well. It whipped up a nice lather as always with MW IMO. First go with the Sputnik, seems to be a very good Blade but time will tell. Finished off with Citrus Musk menthol ates with menthol crystals, nice refreshing on a hot day like today. Ended up with a "dolphin smooth" shave, excellent results. Hope everyone else had a great shave as well!

 

I guess so, the color scheme really stands out and looks like a quality brush, enjoy!

 

Nice Bay Rum shave for a warm summer day. Bay rummed (sic) myself today.

Obsidian is special for me because it smells exactly like my favourite place, the forest behind my house. A very dark and complex fragrance.
P&B are the best soaps period. Nothing else has the performance nor post shave feel all one package. My skin feels so much better after shaving with it than it did before. I could actually see a time when I not am not using any other soap.

Thank you Joseph. I hear you. The shelves sell out quick once word gets out the soap is available again. Maybe a trip to the soap trade section is in order.

 

This is such a lovely sweet tobacco scent.

I enjoyed the shave yesterday, I just decided to keep everything the same with the exception of the aftershave. The big Zenith Boar whipped up the MW Lime easily. Sticking with a traditional 3 pass shave with minimal clean up ended in my normal near BBS. I finished off the shave with a splash of F&C Shambala. I hope everyone has a great Wednesday.
