SOTD - Saturday Night

Mühle R41-iKon Bulldog//Gillette Platinum//RazoRock Plissoft Monster//Phoenix & Beau Spitfire//Barrister and Mann Reserve

Nothing gets as close as the R41, except a straight, in my opinion. I shaved with my Red Tip last shave and it didn't get nearly as close. My face is super smooth right now. Spitfire is great soap with a unique scent. Reserve splash has a nice scent and great skincare.

Cold water shave


First time doing a complete cold water shave. 3 pass shave routine and I'm BBS and refreshed.

Prep- Cold water wash and cold towel.
Razor- Schick Injector M 3Protector.
Blade- Schick Twin (2).
Brush- Made Rite L1500 Pure Badger.
Lather- Ogallala Bay Rum Line and Peppercorn soap.
Post- OSMA alum block followed by T N Dickinson's unscented witch hazel.

BBS and refreshed riding the M train............,...

It's My third shave with the Durham And once again I got a DFS+ Finish, I think I'm going to try some different blades and see if I can improve on this,all in all not too bad !!

´bit of a blue shave today.


Meißner Tremonia Himalayan Heights / Shavemac 23397 / Shavecraft 101 w. Jürgen Hempel Handle / Personna Med. Prep. / 4711

Veeeery nice shave. From start to finish. The soap is worth every penny. I love the scent. Lathered up very easy with my lovely Shavemac. The Shavecraft 101 with it´s two sides is very very gentle and smooth in combination with the Personna Blade. Easy shave in three passes. I bought the 4711 Aftershave on Thursday and all i can say is: Wonderful!!! You have to like the scent (which i do), but the skincare after the shave seems to be top notch. A very fresh feeling on the skin.
