Nice! I'm thinking about the same thing. Or at least something to hold them in my den. I just have them standing in a mug now.

 

Decorum dictates that you use the herringbone tweed for your Sheffield razors.

Schick E2, $4.99. Looking forward to using it with the Chicks, the combo will be a first for me and I expect it'll be really good.

 

After seeing this used by many and after a glowing recommendation from @Bama Samurai I decided to pick some up. A little bit of a medicine scent at first but it changed quickly to a pleasant barbershop scent. I didn't feel the menthol but I'm hoping it will be more prevalent after I shave in the morning.

 

The menthol in that product has a lasting effect when applied to sensitive skin. Be warned.

 

I will heed your warning, and learn from your experience, I'd be nuts not too listen.

 

Osage Rub is a must try. Very cooling, inexpensive, and a bottle lasts almost forever. Hope it works well for you.

Hey…..look what showed up on my doorstep (courtesy of fellow TSD member, Tad @LuvWetShavin ) today….a MERKUR 39c Slantbar DE razor 'The Sledgehammer!"
I owned one of these a few years ago and really loved the heft and closeness of this particular slant razor. In a regretful moment of razor purge-mania, I wound up selling it…with much seller's regret.
And now I have one once again……


Now I just have to work in a DE shave once in a while so I can actually shave with darned thing!
