In praise of Stirling Soaps...

Tried some Col. Conk amber many years back; smelled like stale beer. Not good.

Island Man is by far my favorite of the Sterling scents. Executive Man, Mountain Man and Sharp Dressed Man are great too. My wife gives Island Man and Executive Man a big thumbs up! I enjoy Sterling Green, having grown up during the hayday of the Polo scent, but my wife is not a real fan.

If you haven't tried their bath soaps, they are absolutely fabulous. You won't want to go back to regular bath bars after you try them!

 

Just received a great PIF from @whiteboy_cannon of Stirling Glacial wintergreen soap and matching post shave balm. Never used any Stirling products before so I'm excited to give them a try.

I just put in an order for the Barbershop Bath Soap.

 

I'm considering that one for next summer(2017).

 

I just bought some Lemongrass Liquid Hand Soap. Quite the good smell, I'll say that.

 

I'm getting a Barbershop bath soap soon..I put the order in yesterday.

 

Just ordered Barbershop...my first Stirlin' order. I bet there will be more later.

Strangely enough the Glacial Lavender was my idea but it somehow disappointed me.

Can someone talk about the Gatlinburg scent and the soap over all?

 

I haven't yet tried it, but I was impressed by its description and some reviews. A good outdoorsy scent, perhaps best to use in the fall. I'm not ruling it out as a future purchase.

 

There are so many great stirling soaps that it's hard to choose the best. I recommend having a couple fir each season. I like margaritas in the artic and iced pineapple for the summer. Executive man and sharp dressed man are good year round.
