Nope, the age and Swastika make it appear more German.

The swastika is also a Buddhist symbol. But the roman characters would make it more likely German

The 'Manji' symbol in Buddhism actually goes the opposite way of the Nazi symbol. You can see the difference here

The three brushes in my regular rotation are all I need to make sure that each brush is very dry before I use it again. I personally would rather have three really high quality brushes than more mediocre ones. In my experience, three brushes work well to optimize the life of each brush. I rinse and shake out each brush very well after each use. My brushes never shed bristles.

I have 3, a Rooney nos 3/1, a generic best badger and a VDH boar. Strangely I find myself using the VDH boar 3 out of 5 days and the generic badger the rest of the time. Hardly ever use the Rooney, it feels to big for me.

Maybe I should get rid of the Rooney and get ?????

I'm now at 1 badger and 3 boars. I just added an Omega Professional to my growing den.

I now plan on restoring a few old Ever Ready's.

None at the moment, but hope to pick up one tonight.
