Aye..That Atlas I have there is a Heavy Chopper because of the 1/4 Grind...Full Hollow 6 & 7/8th are Different Animals as they are Far Lighter & No Where as Near as Heavy as that Japanese Atlas..

Well, I had my shave all lined up, and then I get home from work, and the Rockwell 6S shows up (thanks Marco!)... talk about restraint!! But seeing that I haven't really got time to play today, I'm going to stick with my planned shave....So anyway, the 7 O'Clock Sharp Edge rocked in the Hone, and although I didn't really enjoy the experience today due to feeling rushed, It was still a wonderful, BBS shave...

The TABAC Shave Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #86 Sunrise synthetic brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Pal Injecto-Matic razor with an Schick Injector blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with T.N. Dickinson's WH and then Aqua Velva Musk After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Brush: Omega Professional 10098 Boar
Soap: RazoRock XXX
Aftershave: RazoRock XXX

Excellent 3 passes and a touchup tonight with this classic shave gear. This is a buy again soap. I'm really liking the Personna Platinum blade. I'm getting a close comfortable shave with the blade. When I use Personna I usually use the Lab, which I like very much.

Post: Witch hazel splash, Country Club Sweet Water, Nivea sensitive balm

Decent shave today, not my best but not near the worst either. The Truefitt & Hill soap is new to me (I got it in a PIF). It loaded in the brush pretty well but just didn't come together for the lather that I like. I probably should've started all over but didn't. The lather dried on me some and just wasn't that slick. The PAL Injecto-matic was great again but I now see the benefits of better lather when using a razor like this.

First pass reduction was not great so I went in for a full second pass. I ended up with some smooth, close areas on my cheeks, but my chin and lower neck aren't as smooth. Oh well.....it'll all be fine in the end!

Brush: JR 36 Horse Hair (nicknamed "The Colt")
Lather: VDH Deluxe

First shave with Schick Adjustable. Went with setting 3 for the whole shave, definitely too mild for me. But after 3 passes and more cleanup than i would like I'm BBS with just a little neck irritation. Was also the first shave with my new JR-36 Horse Brush. Which face lathered the VDH Deluxe with out a hitch. Have a great day!

Today's shave was excellent. First run with the bunny razor. The razor is wel balanced. I found the angle very easily. It gave very nice audio feedback. I did three passes, i got one small weeper on my neck. I'm very smooth and pretty comfy as well. The bunny did a great job. I did feel like i had to rinse it off more often, but that may have been just me. I finished with the matching a/s balm. Great shave thank you @twhite , you made a very good razor.

Great write up David! I'm very happy it worked for you on your first go. The blades are "Chick" aka Chinese Schick's brother.
