Hottest day yet for the summer here in Florida. The index was at 110 degrees and I sweat balls believe me. August is the month that will make or break a person here. Other than that it's dandy!
I spent a good part of the day reorganizing my den. I have loads of craft supplies that are all over the place. I bought an 8-drawer organizer that is just right for craft paper, stamps, adhesives & much of the other stuff I have. The room is much tidier.
Today was busy with an assortment of small things. In the morning, I made some cuttings of a Natal Plum tree. I hope to propagate them, to donate to my Bonsai club auction. (We do one every September, at our annual picnic.) Then, off to the doctor for a gel injection, to treat the arthritis in my knee. The process is fairly benign and they do help. Home, for some strength training for archery, with a gadget called a Dry-Fire trainer. It looks like this; http://www.lancasterarchery.com/dry-fire-pro-archery-training-device.html Next, I made a batch of pesto sauce. Finally, I am here to schmooze with you folks.
Got a call at 0714 (ringtone "Just Got Paid" full blast, so I had to answer)...had to go in to work. Meh, it was only ten hours. Looks like my car windows will have to wait to get tinted. Oh, and it's still raining.
Today should be fun. I am shooting in the NJ State Senior Olympics. There are about a dozen or so different sport competitions for athletes aged 50 and over. I did this last year and it was quite enjoyable.
Your logic escapes me. If it was so smooth, why would it be your only Japanese whiskey? Did you mean you'll stick to the same brand?
Thanks Mike. I totally nailed it today!! I shot 797 out of 900. (Last year, I shot 669 at this tournament.) And I had a great time with very nice people.
