Yes, these enablers brought me into the fold a few months ago. I am just trying to enlighten others and increase our numbers. And we have cookies.
The SR mystique just pulls you right in, then grabs hold of you and doesn't let go! Let's use a hypothetical scenario. 150 million men in the USA and 5% do traditional wet shaves. That makes 7 million men. Of that, 5% use SRs. That means that there's maybe 350,000 SR shavers in all of the USA. Actually, does anyone know the number? We're a small group indeed!
I am curious too, how many in the USA and in the rest of the world. I do not know of anyone else in Korea who shaves with a straight razor.

Same here. Outside of this forum, I do not know anyone using anything but cartridges and electric razors. I'll see what I can find out and post a new thread.
I've honed the W&B again (3rd time) and I think I got it right this time! Teamed up with my old VDH boar brush, Stirling glacial lemon chill and knock off aftershave, I was rewarded with a DFS! It's not pretty, but it works!

It was time to pull out the Henry Sears and Son SR this morning. I paired it up with some Stirling glacial lemon chill, Semogue boar, and Shop Rite menthol aftershave. It was another really nice DFS! Close and comfortable!
