Timing should be just right as the 10 day shave trials are just starting or about to start. You'll have something to look forward to after coming home.
First impression: Good looking razor! Looks nice, feels nice. Initially it seemed the head was a little big, a little out of proportion but that went away and it's just an overall good looking razor. Maybe it's from being used to the smaller heads on the Schick injectors. First shave: Chinese Schick blade, Mild comb, Provence Sante Green Tea, L'occitane Plisson synthetic brush. Overall a good shave, I'm having a little difficulty in maintaining a proper angle. It's great on the straightaways but I keep getting into trouble on the curves. Probably I just need to slow it down and get used to it. May have to start shaving twice a day to speed up getting the technique properly developed. Loading the blade was nice and smooth.
I think I included some Personna blades in that box as well. They're in the white injector box. They didn't work for me at all. I'm a big fan of Chick blades though.

Tonights main event. In this corner wearing polished aluminum with brass trim the handcrafted by @twhite Bunny V3 Injector And in this corner wearing white with brass trim the Schick type H Hussy. Razors V3 Bunny left side Type H right side. Lather Route 66 Twisted Tweed Shave soap. Brush Made Rite Pure Badger Post OSMA Alum Block followed by T N Dickinsons unscented witch hazel Tonight was a 2pass shave routine with TouchUp . Right side of the face was shaved with the type H injector the left side of the face was shaved with the Bunny V3 Injector. Both razors were loaded with new chick blades to make things equal. The bunny was sporting the notso comb. First pass on left side with the bunny was simply amazing the angle was easy to find and hold and stubble reduction was great. The first pass on right side with the type H was a little tougher I had a little problem finding and holding the anglke stubble reduction was spotty at best. Second pass was pretty much the same. Cleanup was done completely with the bunny. It feels like I have a little irritation from the H but not alot. This is the first time using the Route 66 Twisted Tweed shave soap. It seemed like it preformed flawlessly. Tonights round goes to the V3 Bunny . Ken P.
Sorry to be so slow in posting an update! It's just as well, I had nothing good to report up until today. For some reason I've had a difficult time getting a blade properly loaded. I wasn't sure until this morning, all of a sudden the shaving was super smooth and I was thinking the mild comb was all of a sudden way too mild. It could just be that bringing out the big guns to ensure a good shave is what did it. Mitchell's Wool Fat, hot towel, Kent boar nicely soaked. But no, I wasn't doing something right loading the blade, it's perfectly clear now that it is right. Looking forward to a great shave tomorrow.

Wow, what a smooth shaver! I skipped the notso and went directly to the wild comb. Smooth and comfortable, probably almost as good as having one of the Bond girls shaving me. Monsavon soap, Omega badger/boar mix, Chinese Schick blade. Only problem was that my usual trouble spots were uncooperative as usual. A while back I had gotten a Stick Schick and that was a very smooth shaver, the Bunny takes it to another level. Smooth and really comfortable to shave with. Thanks Tom!
