What are you waiting on to arrive...?

Staying away from reviews is key. Once I start reading reviews and fellas get talking about how great something is, I want it.

 

Cyril Salter looks like it makes a great lather. I hear that's a really nice scent; unique.

 

You need to buy some, you know you want it...

 

Spent USD 20 / GBP 15 in total and picked up these little things:

1) A Schick Grip.
Never tried one and this seemed like a good opportunity to do so


2) Four carts;
- NIB Gillette Fusion (the one with five blade carts AND one more on the back for detailed trimming), woohoo!,
- NIB Gillette Sensor Excel w/ two carts,
- NIB, vintage Gillette Trac II demonstrator razor, and
- what looks like a black Gillette Atra handle and four carts

 

Well I guess that's a score but aside from that Schick pretty much an example of all the stuff I quit. Maybe for your museum of shaveing?

 

Oh those carts will be used believe me

 

And if the Schick doesn't work out... feel free to send it my way for disposal.

 

I pleased you've been gathering carts. All the other gear is available for others now! Not me as you tend to find interesting, obscure, outside my price range artifacts.

 

It is nothing big (just a 39 gr tube), but I have a tube of CTAPT shave cream coming from Russia.

It's been a few years since I used up my last tube and found a good deal.

 

Well, I bit the bullet, and ordered these three Welsh Slate whetstones. I hope my razors appreciate this. 8x3 inches.

 

$10 for this NIB/NOS brush as I rather like the handle

Excellent choice! The Icon X3 is a bad ass razor. Mild yet shaves great.

 

Have a white one and had to get the black handle one also................

 

What kind of blade does ot use? Similar to an injector blade? Or proprietary?

 

Hair shaper blades for barbers and stylists fit this razor... KAI, Feather et al.

 

I finally landed a Cobra Classic (pics to follow).

 

From the UK a cased (regular) flair tip Rocket. Also puck of Stirling Sharp Dressed Man (my second) a sample puck of Gentleman, and 3 bars of Barbershop soap.
