    Wonderful shave with the Alumigoose this morning. This Figaro Monsieur Gold shave soap smells wonderful and produces a most excellent, bountiful, slippery lather and I recommend it. Three passes for a dolphin smooth and refreshing finish. Have a great day friends. :)

    Superb Casablanca Shave
    Just a top notch shave all around. The Silver Shadow easily made thick lather from Casablanca soap as usual. This is one of the best non-tallow soaps I've used. The Futur completed its duty effortlessly, and without drama. Casablanca aftershave leaves my face soft and smooth and smelling great for a long time.

    Today's shave was nice. Great lather with the deep dog. Fatboy friday, three passes for a smooth comfy mug.(i did find a small slice from yesterdays straight). Finish with a double tap of Crusella&Co/ love balm.
    Hope y'all did as well, or better.

    Both are nice soaps. That said, the scents are the big difference. And polar opposites, soap commander is like sticking your face in a big bouquet of roses, while mikes seems like a sandalwood with a little rose added in. Just my opinion.

    Lather: Mitchell's Wool Fat
    Post: Witch hazel splash enhanced with Barbasol Pacific Rush, Nivea sensitive balm

    Fat Friday! Nice shave again with the Featherweight. I may not be quite as smooth as I was yesterday, but it still was a good shave. The areas right under my nostrils are a little tough to get with this razor - I need some more practice there. But otherwise all is well. Mitchell's provided great lather again as it does every Friday for me. The Barbasol after shave has a nice scent and is pretty loaded with menthol. I mix it with witch hazel because it would be pretty strong for me otherwise.

    I enjoyed this shave so much with the regular MITA soap. My Plissoft synthetic whipped it up into such rich, slick lather and the lovely citrusy scent was a delight. Although the menthol effect is nowhere nearly as strong as the glacialized version it's still stronger than strong enough to satisfy my freeze needs. The Lucky Tiger aftershave and the Aqua Velva left my face feeling wonderful. BBS as BBS could be! :happy088: :happy088:

    **     I think it will be comfortable enough throughout the holiday week-end to use Stephan. I like this one.
