Excellent picture and post Guy. You've already posted your Saturday's shave and I forgot to post my Thursday shave. I am so far behind I thought I was first. :happy108:
Good looking Old spice BTW. :happy096:

    Razor: AlumiGoose in Black. V1.
    Blade: Feather Professional (1)
Brush: Shavemac Zebra, Honeycomb 2 Band Badger
    Soap: Jeeves Soap Turkish Bath
    Aftershave: Aqua Velva

Off to a great start with the AlumiGoose along with a new shave brush. The brush performed outstanding right out of the box. It whipped up a great lather ad the AlumiGoose cut down the stubble in no time at all.
I don't have many drug store aftershaves, but I do have Aqua Velva. :)
I was difficult catching the hummingbirds in the photo tonight. They where fighting off a Downey Woodpecker at the feeding station this evening. There is one in flight just to the right in the picture.

As I mentioned in a previous post, it appears I can go right through next Tabac Tuesday with working down my Stirling Barbershop items. Then it will get a little more humid afterwards. I might use a different shaving cream on occasion, so that would be the one difference. Naturally, I'll report accordingly. But that's good to put the Stirling Barbershop stuff to good use.

Brush: Shavemac Zebra, Honeycomb 2 Band Badger
    Soap: Route 66 Lavender Woods
    Aftershave: Afta Skin Conditioner
    Case: Badger & Blade (http://www.westcoastshaving.com)

A very good shave tonight with these products. The Shavemac brush made quick work whipping up the Lavender Woods into a great lather. I'm focusing on three passes and only three passes this month.

    Jayaruh #100
    Dad's Schick E-3
    Personna Stainless
    CWR, Asma Alum Block
    T.N. Dickinson's WH
    Pinaud Vegetal

The TSD Iced Lime Shave Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #100 two-band badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with Dad's Schick E-3 razor with a Personna Stainless blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with T.N. Dickinson's WH and then Pinaud Vegetal After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Razor - 1962 (H1) Gillette Slim (6)
    Blade - [IMG] (2)
    Soap - Arko
    Brush - BoS Omega 10066
    Post - Alum, Old Spice

First day of the Labor Day Sale and I was up and ready. Feeling better too after quite a bit of Dr. intervention. Also ready to try the Personna Platinum on a more aggressive setting. Yesterday was a letdown on my expectations for his legendary blade.

The first difference today was the lather. The BoS still produces fine lather but just doesn't seem to have the volume of the Semogue 620. Seriously, yesterday I had jets of lather shooting out of it when I pressed down. The BoS gives plenty of lather but not like the 620. I know, I know, I keep going on about that but to find another boar, especially in that price range, that outdoes the 10066. Pretty amazing.

First pass proved that gap has something to do with the effectiveness of the blade. Definitely a much smoother feel and much better reduction. I stayed on the cap as I did yesterday and it really got a good first pass down. Second and third passes also smooth and excellent and the alum finish was very quiet. The Old Spice didn't add much burn either. But it did produce a near BBS. No complaints.

If it improves even more wide open it will finish in style. Ready to find out in the morning.

Hope your day is going well and man it's good to see all the SE razors turning up in here already this month. Some great setups going on.
